Verses for Bible study

These are some verses we will be discussing in tonight's Bible study. I'm posting them here for our encouragement. 

Daniel 4:35

All the peoples of the earth

    are regarded as nothing.

He does as he pleases

    with the powers of heaven

    and the peoples of the earth.

No one can hold back his hand

    or say to him: “What have you done?”


Psalm 47:2

For the Lord Most High is awesome,

    the great King over all the earth.


Psalm 83:18

Let them know that you, whose name is the Lord—

    that you alone are the Most High over all the earth.


Genesis 14:19

and he blessed Abram, saying,


“Blessed be Abram by God Most High,

    Creator of heaven and earth.


Isaiah 37:16

16 “Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, enthroned between the cherubim, you alone are God over all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth

Phil. 4:6
