The road to pharma

Maybe now isn't the right time to put this in writing, but the amount of lessons I need to remember has  gone out of proportion that I feel like I need to distract myself. Give me one more set of drugs to memorize, and my head might just explode.

Studying can be a pain—no, a struggle—at times, especially when the unread notes pile up, the backlog becoming more and more paralyzing as the day of the exam nears. Which is why I praise God for the chance to hear some friends testify of His goodness. What they said was a powerful reminder for me: that God is our strength and joy, that we are never alone in the things we do, and that studying is a form of worship.

It was a rebuke, in a way, because for the past days I've been prone to complaining, raising my hands in resigned surrender when I don't feel like studying anymore. But isn't studying also a way to glorify God, to marvel at His creation, to be humbled at the sight of His greatness?

I admire your love and passion, Lance. I always look forward to wise words from you. :) I'm here at Roni's unit trying to download the last 3 transes that I know I won't memorize in time for the exam, haha. That's the way it is. Good luck and God bless. :)

You're welcome, Mike. I have to remind myself over and over again, and writing about it helps.

Anonymous, 'yan naman ang tinatawag kong calm after the storm. Masochists nga siguro tayo. I feel the same thing. Pagod na pero may adrenalin rush pa rin.

I was in search for entries that can uplift my dampened mood (thanks to five consecutive failed long exams). Shifting exams, the major major exams in PLM-CM, are drawing near. This reminder is just what I need to keep going.

Thanks, Lance.
