On reading

There are some videos I watch over and over again. This is one of them. Dr. Albert Mohler, one of my favorite writers in the blogosphere, talks about reading. I always get a good laugh, of course, when he talks about how, as a kid, he loved books and hated sports because he was too nearsighted. But more than that, I love how he stresses this point: that reading is a means by which God instructs His people.

How do these people love to read? Is there a formula for reading comprehensively and easily? I kind a forgot what i read most of the time. That's the stumbling block i wanted to overcome. However, I don't know how? Is there a formula for reading any materials you want?

The love for reading begins with a book that moves you. The best formula I know is, have fun with a book.

Really! The reason maybe why I forget what I read is not having fun with it..oh man! Makes my life miserable this time, reading stuff that Im force to. At times I think of making fun with it but it just wouldn't sink. My mind seems to wonder somewhere else. Have you ever experienced that? reading books that you are required to? and you having fun with it also? You're so cool man! You are a gifted guy.
